Meg is a fantastic coach. This is my first experience with remote programming and strength training. I never felt silly asking questions. Meg took time to explain everything! She is also quick to respond to messages! She writes programs that work around my hectic work schedule and even works with me when I travel (which is pretty often). I’m constantly changing my routine and she keeps up with updating my program to work with the changes. Meg is amazing! 10/10 would recommend!
