that's exactly the kind of life I build programs for. your training is designed to flex with you. when life shifts, we adjust. a week that looks different isn't a reason to start over, it's just a week that looks different.
not at all. your program is built around whatever you have access to that week — a full gym, a home setup, dumbbells in your living room, or anything in between. we work with what you've got!
new clients start with a 3-month commitment. not because I need you locked in, but because real change takes longer than a few weeks to feel, and I become a better coach for you as I get to know you better. after that, clients come and go as life shifts. some stay for years, some take a break and come back when they need support again. I've had women with me for 5+ years across different chapters of their life. this isn't a program you finish, it's a relationship you can return to at anytime.
root is built around your personalized program and weekly check-ins through the app — you have direct access to me, consistent feedback, and a program that evolves as you do. rise includes everything in root, plus a dedicated 30-minute 1:1 call with me every week. that weekly call is where we go deeper — your mindset, your week, the stuff that happens outside the gym. if you want more real-time connection and conversation built into your coaching, rise is for you.
