if your routine only works when life is perfect…
the problem was never you.

a free guide for women who are tired of starting over

& ready to build something that actually fits their real life.

what's inside

why you keep falling off track & why it has nothing to do with discipline

what consistency actually looks like in a full, real, complicated life

how to build a minimum baseline you can always return to

a different way to think about strength, structure & showing up for yourself

this is for you if

you start strong, then life happens & the whole routine falls apart.

you've told yourself "I just need more discipline" more times than you can count.

you're not looking for an extreme plan. you're looking for something you can actually keep.

you want to feel strong & capable in your body, without burning out to get there.

about meg

hi, hello

I'm meg, a strength coach & founder of innerblüm.

I work with women who want to feel strong, capable & at home in their bodies. not chasing who they used to be, but building something real for who they are right now.

this guide is the thing I wish someone had handed me before I spent years thinking I was the problem.

I've seen how many women feel disconnected from their bodies, stuck in cycles of starting over, pushing harder, & just feeling like nothing is working. I’ve been there, too. what finally changed everything for me wasn’t doing more, it was learning how to slow down, notice, & actually understand what my body needed. that’s what shaped the way I coach now.

my approach is rooted in building strength that lasts. not extremes, not burnout, not chasing a certain look, but instead a feeling. strength that supports your life, your energy, & your independence long term. through structured, progressive training, mobility, & a more grounded approach to movement, you learn how to work with your body instead of against it. you’re not just going through the motions, you’re building something you can actually sustain.

I am a strong believer that strength is a feeling, not a body type. your life should be a part of the process, not something you have to work around. if you’re looking for a way to train that actually fits your life...
you’re in the right place.
