I had done a lot of different workout programs since middle school, and some would work for a really long time and then I would just give up because I would burn out, or be too strained, or feel like I just couldn't keep up anymore. since I started working with Meg, she meets me where I'm at. she's programming in a way that is safe for my body and my mind so that I can be able to actually hit and reach that goal.I love the flexibility, and that she understands me and that the life cycle changes.
